“Jeunesse-Your Wellness Destination” Group Programs are offered by our newest member Judy Penta, MBA, B.S., Nutrition; and are composed of 10-20 participants and cover a variety health concerns. This 6 month program meets twice a month for one hour. Participants who embrace this 12-session experience will develop a new understanding of nutrition and health.  Focus will be on how to implement new foods and self-care habits into your life.  Practical tips and suggestions will be given each week to implement the concepts we discuss in the group. These sessions will inspire you to try some new and exciting things in your kitchen and in your life!!!
